For strata managers
Tree care your committee can sign off.
Trees on common property are a liability question as much as a garden one. Owners complain, a limb comes down, roots lift a path, and the committee wants a clear report before it spends a dollar. We give you that report, handle the council approval, and send our own supervised crew to do the work, with one contact from first visit to final clean-up.
Sound familiar?
- Owners asking why a tree still hasn't been dealt with.
- A committee that won't approve spending without a report it can table.
- Contractors who quote one price and invoice another.
- Crews that don't turn up when promised, or leave the job half done.
- Branches and mulch left in shared driveways for residents to sort out.
How we handle it
- A report the committee can act on. What's wrong with each tree, what's urgent, what can wait, and what it costs.
- Council approvals handled. We check what your council requires and prepare the application.
- Our own crew, equipments, machineries, and not subcontractors. Supervised on site and overseen by consulting arborist William Home.
- A safe, organised site. Signage, cones and parking sorted before we start, and the site cleared when we finish.
- A record of every job. Each job is tracked digitally from start to finish, so you have photos and notes for the next meeting.
- Fully insured. $20 million public liability, indemity and workers compensation. Certificates of currency on request.
These guys were absolutely fantastic. Worked as clean and safe as ive ever seen, signage everywhere, witches hats, organised their parking properly, sent through photos and diagrams of equipment for strata approval…
